Over at Bach, we know well-crafted Pilsners are infinitely better when slow poured, because it softens the beer's carbonation and opens up its delicate flavours.  A good slow pour takes up to 7 minutes.  Aim the pour centre bottom of a pilsner glass so the foam bubbles, and let it foam.  Patiently (5-7 minutes) keep re-pouring until the foam has reached above the lip of the glass.  Enjoy!
