Over at Bach...we've been on the hops again, brewing a beer featuring El Dorado hops from Yakima.  The name derives from El Hombre Dorado, a 16th Century Spanish term used to describe a mythical gold adorned tribal chief - the golden man. 

Expect tropical fruit characters of pineapple, pear, watermelon, and stone fruit.
